We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel any orders placed at an incorrect price. If this happens, you will receive a full refund.

5. Orders

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or any other legitimate reason. If payment has been taken, it will be refunded.

6. Shipping

Delivery times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Risk in the products passes to you once your order has been delivered to the address provided.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used fragrances unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Your statutory rights under UK consumer law remain unaffected.

8. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs where possible.

We will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement, exchange or refund where appropriate.

9. Promotions and Discount Codes

Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash and may not be combined unless expressly stated.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotions at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including logos, text, graphics, photographs and designs, belongs to The Scent Avenue or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or used without our prior written permission.
